All of our pieces are shipped via freight carrier, on a wrapped pallet. Shipping time is dependent on the distance from our location to yours, and the volume of the freight carrier. Once your pallet has been picked up from our location, we will send you the tracking number. Typically it takes about 24 hours for that tracking number to become live. Once the pallet arrives at your local depot, the freight company will reach out to you to schedule a delivery appointment. DELIVERY IS A CURBSIDE SERVICE ONLY. You are responsible for having help on hand to unpackage and carry your piece into your location. Please inspect all packaging prior to signing for the pallet. Damage is unlikely, but unfortunately does happen. If damage is seen, please note it on the delivery paperwork, take photos of the damage, and contact us immediately. We will take care of you and the damage immediately, but the notes and photos help us resolve the matter with the freight company.
